Can I change or cancel an order?

Email us within 24 hours of ordering. Once work starts, we can’t change or cancel the order.

We ship to addresses within the contiguous United States. We do not ship internationally at this time.

How much is shipping?

Every order ships free within the contiguous United States. That includes freight delivery for large pieces.

How long does delivery take?

Pieces are built in about 2–4 weeks, then delivered in 5–10 business days. Freight carriers contact you to schedule a delivery window.

What is your return policy?

Unused pieces in original condition can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Because pieces are built to order, return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

What if my piece arrives damaged?

Email us within 48 hours with photos and your order number — we’ll arrange a repair, replacement or refund at no cost.

Do vanities include the sink and faucet?

Only when the listing says so. Fixtures shown in photos are for styling; each listing states what’s included.

How do I care for solid wood?
